Gifton hails from a musically affluent family. With the encouragement of his Father Mr. V. K. Elias (Telugu Gospel Music Director), he carved a niche for himself as a musician and naturally transitioned into a composer.

From his childhood, he has performed on more than a 100 platforms including performances before Late. Dr. Y S Rajashekar Reddy, Ex-Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh, Sri. N. Chandra Babu Naidu, Ex-Cheif Minister, Andhra Pradesh, Festival Choristers - a group of music lovers and senior Bureacrats of Andhra Pradesh like Smt. Aruna Bahuguna IPS, Smt. Rachel Chatterjee IAS, and so on.

Gifton formally made his foray into the music industry as composer in the year 2008 with his first independant Professional Project i.e., a signature tune for a TV programme called "MEE Jayasudha", hosted by Dr. Jayasudha Kapoor (reknowned South Indian Actress). Thus, he regards her as his GODMOTHER.

Since then, he has done music for a number Documentaries, Short Films, Corporate Films, Infomercials, Presentation Films, Developmental Films, Ad films and a wide variety of media products for many Productions and his own Media Production House SAILE MEDIA.

Gifton has also assisted good number of professionals from the South Indian Film Fraternity in Direction Department, Production & Post-Production Departments as he has done B.A in Mass Communication, Loyola Academy, Hyderbad & M.Sc in Visual Communication, Loyola College, Chennai.

Gifton is the Conductor of Young Stringz .. a budding Chamber Orchestra in Hyderabad.

His first Concert with Young Stringz in collaboration with the AP Police Band forming a 50 Member Symphony Orchestra Live at the Royal Chowmahalla Palace caught the state media's attention with high regards.
